Yesterday sitting in class I was think I need to take control of my health before it gets too late and be harder in the long wrong. I was talking to a classmate name Holly that takes up Health tec. At Diamond Oaks school. We were talking about me going an easy diet such as the water diet that I believe doesn’t take that much work. Which means no soda, juice drinks, or milk, I thought this would be challenging but, hey I try anything to drop a little tummy fat. She told me to day way myself and in the next two weeks weigh myself again and If I ben eating right I should drop 1 pound. So today I look it up on health news and they said in 6 months you can lose 4 to 5 pounds. In my eyes this was good plain I can go walking or take my dog walking, eat a little better watch how much I consume a day and stay updated on my water. Now I weigh 152 and in the next two weeks of my little adventure I should see some improvement if not life goes on and I can also ways try something new.
